Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No referral is necessary. We can complete all the necessary paperwork including ACC claim lodgment and X-ray and specialist referral if necessary.

Is my injury covered by ACC?

The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) is responsible for New Zealand’s universal no fault accident injury scheme. ACC provides financial compensation and support if you have sustained an injury due to an accident. From 1 Oct 2022 if you sustained an injury during childbirth this may be covered by ACC. How many sessions will I need?

After you initial consultation we can have a discussion regarding the best treatment path. For some this is a tailored exercise programme they may continue on their own,in the gym or at home, others may require some initial hands on therapy before beginning maintenance work. Optimal rehabilitation will fit in with your work, family and life commitments.
